Most Effective Treatment I’ve Tried

It does take getting used to. I find if I don't get a significant amount of suction I expel it in my sleep. It’s still improving and many nights remains in all night.I have at some times still had dry mouth from drawing air in around it but it has significantly diminished my snoring when no other product: many different mouthpieces, electronic nerve stimulators , cpap, even throat surgery all did nothing! Im sill not completely trained to it yet but so far it is the most effective treatment Ive tried. It does take getting used to. I find if I don't get a significant amount of suction I expel it... Very different. Seems to work though. It's takes a little bit of time to get used and to find the right suction to stay on all night and not make your tongue uncomfortable in the morning.
