Where is my order?
After placing your order, please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and ship your package. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can track your package anytime on our Track Your Order page
When will my package arrive?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your chosen shipping option:

🚚 2–5 business days (Premium option)

Wrong shipping address?
Typically, we can't change addresses once an order is placed, as our shipping team prepares packages quickly.
If your order can't be delivered to the original address, we'll gladly send a replacement to your correct address for a small shipping and admin fee. Please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page to arrange this.
I haven't received my package.

SnoreGrip Pro isn't working for me. What should I do?
Sometimes it just takes minor adjustments to see results. Try the following tips:
- Ensure you rinse SnoreGrip Pro with warm water before each use.
- Find the right suction pressure - not too tight, not too loose.
- Give yourself a few days to adjust to wearing the device.

SnoreGrip Pro makes me drool or feel uncomfortable.
Yes, this can happen initially. Increased saliva and slight tongue discomfort are common in the first few days as your mouth adjusts. To reduce discomfort:
💡 Wear SnoreGrip Pro for 1–2 hours during the evening for the first 2–3 days before sleeping with it overnight.
💡 Always soak the device in warm water before use to soften it.
💡 Adjust the suction pressure to find a comfortable fit. Not too tight, not too loose.
These sensations typically disappear after a short adjustment period.
How do I use SnoreGrip Pro?
Follow these easy steps:
1️⃣ Rinse SnoreGrip Pro under warm water before use.
2️⃣ Hold it with the V-shaped notch down and gently insert your tongue until the flaps touch your lips.
3️⃣ Lightly squeeze the bulb to create just enough suction to hold your tongue comfortably.
To remove, gently press the bulb again to release the suction before removing your tongue. Avoid pulling it out without releasing the suction first.
How long does it take to adjust to SnoreGrip Pro?
Most people adjust within a few days. Using it for short periods while awake during the first 2–3 days helps ease the adjustment.

How can I return my items?

How long do I have to return my order?
We offer an extended return period of 30 days from the date your package is delivered.
Can I return my items?
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original condition, unused, with original tags and packaging.
- For hygiene products (like SnorePlugs and SnoreGrip), the packaging must remain unopened.
- If you purchased a BOGO (Buy One, Get One Free) offer, both products must be returned unopened.

Who covers return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Can I exchange earplugs that don't fit?
Yes, if your earplugs don’t fit, contact us at info@snoresolvers.co. We’ll happily send out a different size or variant for a small shipping fee.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
