30-Day Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping and Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs (including any paid shipping upgrades) are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved (full or partial).

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Promotional Offers (BOGO, Buy 1 Get 3 Free, Bundles)

If your order included a promotional offer where you receive additional items for free (for example, Buy 1, Get 3 Free where you pay $49.95 for 1 item and receive 3 free), the return must include ALL items from the promotion to qualify for a refund.

Important:

  • All items included in the promotion must be returned together.

  • All product packaging must be unopened and in original condition for the return to be eligible (especially for hygiene products).

  • We do not approve refunds for promotional orders if any included item is missing or opened, as this may be considered misuse of the offer.

Return Policy for Hygiene Products

For hygiene products (including Snoreplugs and Snoregrip), we offer a 30-day right of withdrawal only if the product packaging remains unopened.

If the packaging is opened or damaged, we cannot accept returns for health and safety reasons.

If you purchased a promotional offer (including BOGO or Buy 1, Get 3 Free), all included hygiene product packages must be unopened to be eligible for a return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Address Responsibility Policy

Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct shipping address and personal information at checkout. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address due to our automated fulfillment process.

Our shipping partners do not accept deliveries to PO boxes. Please provide a valid residential address.

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot offer a refund for the order. However, as a courtesy, we can offer a replacement shipment. The customer will only be required to cover the shipping and handling fee.

For express checkout methods such as PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, the shipping address linked to those accounts will be used automatically. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure those addresses are accurate before completing the purchase.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you no longer want the order after it arrives, you may request a return as long as it meets the eligibility requirements above.

Exchanges

If your earplugs don’t fit, please contact us at info@snoresolvers.co. We can send a different size for a small fee.
